I booked my unit online. When I arrived the gate code that was given to me was incorrect I had to call in for a new one. When I finally get to my unit there was a lock on it. There was no one in the office I was told someone would be in before 12 the whole day no one showed up to the office. I didn’t get a call until 2 days later about my uhaul sitting on the lot because there was a lock on my unit.

There was a break in the night after I moved in but my belongings weren’t affected. That said I’m not sure how break ins are handled but I hope they’re managed well. The ladies in the office were super helpful and even helped me install the lock. If you come and they’re closed— keep in mind they’re probably just on lunch and will be back!

I was looking for an easy place to store a couple things while I’m moving around. I scheduled a move in date and they promptly called me to check when I was going to arrive - when I got there, they toured the location with me to make sure that the size was what I wanted. When I was sure, paperwork and everything took less than 15 minutes! Everyone was friendly and informative!
